| Shipping Shipping choices will be presented to you during the checkout process. Depending on your need for timing, we offer different options. International orders are sent via air. Please allow 7 to 15 days for international orders.
Order Confirmation Shortly after you place your order you will get an email order confirmation. That email will have your order number as well as list of everything you ordered. After your item has been shipped, you will receive another email notifying you that your DVD is on its way. For our U.S. and Canadian customers who choose Expedited Post or Xpresspost, there will also be a link for a package tracking number in this second email. Unfortunately, package tracking is currently only available in the U.S. and Canada.
Returns All products purchased from us will gladly be exchanged or can be returned provided that: - Products are returned to us within 30 days of purchase

DVDs are in their unopened state with labels attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and assume responsibility for the return package's insurance
- Where orders are marked 'Return to Sender', unclaimed, or refused and returned without sufficient postage, Take Flight Video must pay the return postage before the Post Office will release the package to us. In that event, you will be responsible for any additional fees levied. The additional charges will be deducted from your refund -- in addition to the original shipping and handling charges, unless an error was made on the part of Take Flight Video -- before a credit is issued.
